The Third Noble Truth:::

The third noble truth states that we can give up that craving or desire, but first it must be identified. Most people think their situation is normal and does not require any kind of investigation, thus they go through life suffering, unaware that anything can be done about it. Once people become aware – which essentially is what the practice of Buddhism is concerned with – then they are in a position to do something, letting go of all the false dreams that they hold so dear, those unrealistic desires and fierce passions.
